Papers of the Pound Civil Justice Institute

For over four decades, the Pound Institute has had a vigorous publication program, producing books, reports of the annual Judges Forum (1992 to date), roundtable discussions, and the Chief Justice Earl Warren Conferences on Advocacy (1972-89); a model code of conduct for lawyers; research monographs; and the Civil Justice Digest (1994-2003). Pound’s Papers serve to provide a resource for practitioners, policy-makers, academics and the judiciary, and to contribute to the body of research on the civil justice system.

Pound’s Papers are free to Pound Fellows, academics, courts, and members of the judiciary.  Requested complimentary publications here.
